Fresh Flower Delivery Terms and Conditions

Local deliveries are made between 9.30 am and 5.00 pm five days a week. I guarantee to deliver your selected order on the requested delivery date, to avoid problems/delays, please ensure your order contains the full name of the recipient/s, the correct address, an accurate postcode and if possible their telephone number, together with your name and a contact telephone number and /or email address. We cannot accept responsibility for late or non delivery if inaccurate or incorrect delivery address is supplied. If the recipient is not available when we deliver, your order will be left with a neighbour, in a secure area or returned to the studio. We will always leave a card to advise the recipient the date and time we tried to make delivery, where the delivery has been left and if it has been returned to the studio. If the delivery has been returned to the studio we will wait to be contacted by the recipient to arrange re-delivery or customer collection. Please note that re-delivery may not be possible on the original delivery date. ONLINE FUNERAL ORDERS All online funeral orders must be received at least 48 hours prior to the requested delivery date and time to ensure we have time to prepare your floral tribute. For large orders please phone Little Bloom Room on 07534209610 to place your order. DELIVERY CHARGES There is free delivery within a 5km radius of the studio premises. Orders for delivery outside this area will incur a £5.00 delivery charge. PEAK PERIOD DELIVERIES During peak periods, Christmas & New Year holidays, Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Easter and Fathers Day between 8am and 6pm on the requested delivery date. During these periods we are unable to accept specific delivery times for morning or afternoon. PRODUCT SUSTITUTION On occasions a particular flower variety may not be available, we therefore reserve the right to substitute flowers, plants for another. If we have to substitute we will ensure the substituted item will be equal to or greater than, the value of the original product and will be of superb quality. GUARANTEE We guarantee that every order delivered by Little Bloom Room will be of good quality, in good condition and to the full retail value prevailing for goods and services in our studio on the delivery date. All orders purchased online are covered by the foregoing guarantee. Our guarantee/conditions do not affect the statutory rights of the customer or recipient in relation to quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied. Any complaints or dissatisfaction must be notified to us within 24hours of the delivery being made.
